I ordered some train hats from another company but when I got them they were such low quality there was no way we could use them for my son's birthday party. Needless to say, they were quickly returned. I called Miss Katie's and Jeff even sent me a sample prior to me ordering them because I was so concerned I would be getting the same as I had just returned.
