How can I pay for my order?  We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express & Visa Check Cards.  We also accept paypal payments.   Miss Katies.com gift certificates are also accepted.

What is the minimum amount for an online order?  There is no minimum amount you have to order however some items do require a minimum quantity order.

When do orders get processed?  Please allow up to 48 hours for processing all orders.  Orders are shipped as they come in and fulfilled on a first come first serve basis. Orders that are received with expedited shipping methods are given higher priority.

What will be the shipping cost of my order?  Shipping charges are based on the weight and shipping destination zip code of your order.  The minimum shipping cost for all orders is $6.95

RETURN POLICY

Can I return items I purchased online from Miss Katies.com?  Yes, you may return most items sold by Miss Katies.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.  Items not available for return include any customized items, hats & whistles. View  more information on our return policy.

I recieved the wrong item or an item I didn't order.  Please call us immediately if you discover a problem with your order so that we may correct it.  You can call us toll free at 1-877-985-6812, this number is also listed at the bottom of your packing slip.

Where's my stuff?  If you have not yet received your order at all and think that you should have by now, click on "track my order" and follow the instructions to see what stage your order processing is in.  If you still have questions or are unable to track your order online, please call us at 1-877-985-6812 and ask for help with web site sales.
