The only things we require are...
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when we shipped it to you
- Items that require assembly must not have been assembled
- Your item must be packed in all the original packing materials with instructions and manuals enclosed.
Due to health and sanitary reasons, there are some items that are not returnable:
Hats & Costumes or any other garment
Whistles or other items that are made to put in your mouth
Also, custom engraved or personalized items are also not returnable unless there is a mistake made on our part.
